Pete Weaver Cindy Weaver Neil Rivenburg
With our 60+ years of experience in sales and marketing, we are now serving your real estate needs in the Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, and Mayer areas. Pete graduated from college with a degree in Electrical Engineering and spent 26 years in the high-tech field. He spent the last seven years in technical marketing roles and traveled the world promoting products. Pete is an avid hiker, outdoor enthusiast and feels that the Prescott area is the perfect place to live. Like all of our team members, Pete has found his second calling in the real estate industry. Pete brings the same enthusiasm to real estate that he has in his previous endeavors. As Team Leader, he has an extensive knowledge of the Prescott real estate market and can assist you in achieving your individual goals.
Pete is also a Certified Commercial Sales Specialist (CCSS) and can assist you with your commercial needs. He represents buyers, sellers, and specializes in vacant land, commercial properties, and lease space for businesses moving to the area.

Neil Rivenburg
Neil graduated from college with a degree in Business Administration, and a teaching certificate. He played professional baseball for the Boston Red Sox organization, has been a school teacher, coach and then spent 35 years in publishing. The last twelve were as a Vice President for the Western United States. Neil is loving his second career as a real estate agent, and working with the Weaver Team. Like in his previous career, his enjoyment comes from helping people solve their needs. Neil's goal is to help people sell their properties, and/or find the property that is perfect for them. Neil works with all types of properties, but he is an avid golfer and is specializing in golf properties.

Cindy Weaver
Cindy graduated from college with a degree in Public Relations and spent more than 30 years in sales and marketing. As a former ballot dancer, she brings a wonderful prospective and balance to our team. With her past experience, Cindy is uniquely suited for the real estate industry. She is extremely knowledgeable of the Prescott real estate market and knows how to listen to her clients. Cindy is a problem solver, has excellent communication and negotiation skills, and always puts her clients needs first.
